Civil Ceremonies in Kent and Sussex
We are able to offer Civil Ceremonies at each of our venues.
A Civil Ceremony is a legally binding, yet non Religious Marriage Ceremony, conducted by a Registrar and Celebrant in a Licensed Room/Area within a venue.
Each of our venues has a Room/Rooms or Area licensed to carry out Civil Ceremonies: Details regarding the Civil Ceremony facilities available at each of our venues are as follows:-
Combe Bank – Licensed Ceremony Room: The Adam Room – Licensed for up to 100 Guests (maximum 60 seated, further 40 able to stand).
Boxley House – Licensed Ceremony Rooms: The Drawing Room and The Terrace Suite - The Drawing Room Licensed for up to 50 Guests, the Terrace Suite Licensed for up to 80 Guests.
Kidbrooke Park – Licensed Ceremony Rooms/Areas: The Great Hall, The Long Room and The Colonnade, The Great Hall Licensed for up to 60 Guests, The Long Room for up to 80 Guests and The Colonnade for either 60/80 Guests, if the weather is bad the Civil Ceremony is moved into either The Great Hall or The Long Room..
Handcross Park – Licensed Ceremony Room: The Garden Room – Licensed for up to 100 Guests.
